ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS MEETING
 Dear Hunter's Glen Homeowners:

The Hunter's Glen Property Owners Association will hold its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, February 07, 2012 at 6:30 PM. The location of the meeting will be at The Mandeville Community Center, 3090 East Causeway Approach,Mandeville, LA.
At this meeting we will discuss all subdivision business, and present the 2012 budget. We will also provide an open forum for homeowners to comment on issues in general.
According to the HGPOA covenants Section 7 Paragraph C dues delinquent homeowners will not be allowed to vote unless all dues are paid in full. If not current please bring your payment to the meeting. A delinquent homeowner list will be published on the Hunter's Glen website no later
than 5 days prior to the meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please grant your vote, using the proxy form enclosed, and submit your proxy by dropping it off at 567 Browning Loop. You may also fax your signed proxy to our office and we will take it to the meeting for you. Our fax number is (504) 566-4795. Your proxy must be signed over to a current resident that is non delinquent.
A copy of the agenda and the annual report will be posted to the Hunter's Glen website (www.hgpoa.com) no later than 5 days prior to the meeting. A virtual open question session will be hosted by the board on Monday February 06, 2012 from 7:00-8:00 PM. You can access this discussion by logging into the hgpoa website. Welcome to the Hunters Glen subdivision website. Our private gated subdivision is located on Highway 59 between US Highway 190 (Florida Street) and Interstate I-12. 

Hunters Glen is made up of 122 spacious half-acre lots filled with trees and beautiful gardens. We have a pool and covered cabana open to all residents and direct access to the thirty-one mile St. Tammany Trace recreational walking/jogging/biking trail.

Hunters Glen boasts a newly renovated swimming pool, children's pool, playground area and covered cabana with a kitchen. The pool and cabana are open to all residents and is accessed by key for your safety.  

St. Tammany Trace
Hunters Glen is located directly on the Tammany Trace recreational trail. The Trace is composed of a main paved trail, a parallel equestrian trail and other recreational facilities.  It spans 28 miles for pedestrians, bicyclists, equestrians, rollerbladers and joggers who use the Trace all year round. Trace access is reserved for residents use only.
